Returns and Complaints
 

When receiving purchased goods, the buyer is obliged to check for possible damage to the shipment and if there is any, immediately reports this to the courier or not accept a shipment on which external damage is visible due to inadequate handling of the shipment. If the package is accepted by the buyer in a damaged state all subsequent complaints regarding possible damage to the shipment will not be accepted.

The complaint is valid for up to 6 months, for all non-physical damage to the goods.

The buyer may return the goods for up to 14 days from the date of purchase. In this case the buyer pays all postage costs for return shipping.

Rešavanje reklamacija

Na osnovu odredbi iz čl. 34 i čl. 35 Zakona o zaštiti potrošača ( Sl. Glasnik RS 79/05) i čl. 36 Zakona o uslovima i obavljanju inspekcijskog nadzora, Obuća MIDD donosi:

 

RULEBOOK ON THE PROCEDURE AND MANNER OF RESOLVING BUYERS COMPLAINTS FOR GOODS THAT ARE NOT ISSUED A WARRANTY SHEET

Article 1.

This rulebook regulates the manner, conditions and procedure for resolving consumer complaints due to defects in the purchased product through the site www.obucamidd.rs and the authorization, obligations and responsibilities of the Seller in terms of exercising the consumer's right to object.

 

Article 2.

In terms of this rulebook, the buyer is any citizen who buys products for personal and family use via the Internet on the website www.obucamidd.rs.

 

Article 3.

The buyer has the right to complain about the purchased product for which a warranty card is not issued within 6 months from the date of purchase of the product. The consumer can send a request for a complaint only by mail to the address: Sinđelićeva 42, 35230 Ćuprija, tel: 035 8474 323 and exclusively by sending the product as an ordinary postal item, without any fees or charges to the recipient.

 

Article 4.

The request for a complaint should contain the reasons for the complaint as well as the desired way of resolving it. The complaint sheet is given with the purchased product.

 

Article 5.

The advertised product must be returned in a clean condition and preferably packed in the original packaging. Also, with the product for which the complaint is made, the customer must enclose a fiscal receipt.

 

Article 6.

The validity of the request for complaint is determined by an authorized employee by compiling a complaint report and notifying the applicant immediately, and no later than within 8 days from the day of submitting the request. The complaint sheet and paperwork are given in addition to this rulebook and will be delivered with the purchased product.

 

Clan 7.

The request is considered justified only if the defect in the goods occurred during the proper use by the buyer according to the attached instructions. If it is determined that the defect was caused by the fault of the customer due to improper use of the product, such a request will not be accepted.

 

Clan 8.

The basic warranty request of the customer due to defects in the product can be resolved, with his consent, in one of three ways:

* by removing the defect from the product 

* by exchanging the purchased product for a new one 

* by refunding money in the amount of the retail price of the product on the day of the return.

 

Article 9.

The deadline for fulfilling the obligation from article 4 is 8 days from the day of informing the buyer about the validity of their complaint.

 

Article 10.

The authorized person for resolving complaints is the manager of the retail facility where the goods were purchased or another authorized person.

 

Article 11.

If the Buyer is not satisfied with the product or for any reason wants to return it, he can do so within 14 days from the date of purchase. The condition is that the product has not been used, that it has been returned in the original packaging with the signed NI form that came with the product.

 

Article 12.

The day of delivery and collection of goods is considered to be the day or purchase.

 Article 13.

In order for the buyer to exercise the rights from point 11. of this Ordinance, the returned product must not be used and must be returned in the original packaging. Also, with the product for which a refund is made, the customer must enclose a completed NI form as well as a fiscal invoice.

 

Article 14.

The Commercial Court in the seller's place of residence is responsible for all possible disputes.
