If the products are purchased remotely (eg via the Seller's website) and delivered to the buyer's address, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded remotely, within 14 days, without giving reasons and enduring additional costs, except for the cost of returning the goods. The 14 day period is calculated from the moment when the goods reach the the Buyer, ie a third party designated by the Buyer, who is not a delivery courier\/postal worker. When the Buyer orders several types of goods to be delivered separately with one purchase order, the 14-day period begins to run when the last type of ordered goods reaches the Buyer, ie a third party designated by the Buyer, who is not the delivery courier\/postal worker. When the delivery of goods consists of several shipments and parts, the period of 14 days begins to run when the last shipment or part, arrived in the country of the Buyer, or a third party designated by the Buyer, who is not a delivery courier\/postal worker. The deadline from this paragraph expires at the end of the last hour of the last day of the deadline.<\/span><\/p>

The Buyer exercises the right to withdraw from the contract by a statement that he can give on a special form for withdrawal from a contract concluded at a distance, ie outside the business premises or in another unambiguous manner (hereinafter: withdrawal form). The statement on withdrawal from the contract in the case of distance contracts and contracts concluded outside the business premises shall be considered timely if it is sent to the Seller within the period referred to in paragraph 1 of this Article. The statement of withdrawal from the contract has legal effect from the day it is sent to the Seller. If the Seller enables the Buyer to fill in and send the withdrawal form electronically, he is obliged to inform him about the receipt of the form without delay in writing or on another permanent record carrier.<\/span><\/p>

In case of legal withdrawal from the contract, the Seller is obliged to return to the Buyer without delay the amount paid by the Buyer under the contract, and no later than within 14 days from the day when he received the withdrawal form. The Seller may defer the refund until it receives the returned goods, or until the Buyer provides proof that he has sent the goods to the Seller, whichever comes first. The Buyer is obliged to return the goods to the Seller or a person authorized by the Seller, without delay, and no later than within 14 days from the day when he sent the withdrawal form. The buyer bears only the direct costs of returning the goods. The buyer is solely responsible for the diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods in a way that is not adequate, ie exceeds what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods. The buyer will return the product in undamaged original packaging, with all the accompanying documentation that is in the original packaging and in the same condition in which it was delivered, without any mechanical or any other damage.<\/span><\/p>
